DeviantsA group for discussing art in any medium in which "a dialogue is created between the viewer and the piece", in some sense. In other words, art that you can't just look at passively, but have to do something to really experience. No fourth wall. Improvisational theatre could be said to be an interactive art, when the audience is on stage. Sculptures that one climbs on, electronic flowers that turn to face the viewer, ... what it absolutely should not include are "interactive art lessons" or other attempts to use the word "interactive" as a marketing tool for the promotion traditional, non-interactive art. No squabbling in here, all fights are to be taken outside, so that everybody else can enjoy a little peace and quiet. My moderation decisions are sometimes explained here.
